Good morning, First of all, I want to say how much I admire Willezy's mission. Making estate planning accessible, quick, and user-friendly is not just innovative—it's necessary. Your platform tackles a topic often associated with complexity and discomfort and turns it into something empowering. Our project aimed to enhance that mission by identifying opportunities to improve onboarding, increase customer retention, and refine your mobile experience, all while keeping your core values front and center. We know a good CX strategy doesn't stop at research and prototypes. The key now lies in execution and consistency, especially across digital channels like social media. Even with a solid foundation and valuable customer insights, success depends on maintaining visibility, building emotional connections, and delivering value consistently. Now that the foundational analysis is in place, we know that the next steps are what matters, especially in being consistent and intentional across social media platforms.
