Good morning, First of all, I want to say how much I admire Willezy's mission. Making estate planning accessible, quick, and user-friendly is not just innovative—it's necessary. Your platform tackles a topic often associated with complexity and discomfort and turns it into something empowering. Our project aimed to enhance that mission by identifying opportunities to improve onboarding, increase customer retention, and refine your mobile experience, all while keeping your core values front and center. We know a good CX strategy doesn't stop at research and prototypes. The key now lies in execution and consistency, especially across digital channels like social media. Even with a solid foundation and valuable customer insights, success depends on maintaining visibility, building emotional connections, and delivering value consistently. Now that the foundational analysis is in place, we know that the next steps are what matters, especially in being consistent and intentional across social media platforms. A strong online presence is essential for Willezy to educate, connect, and build trust with new users—especially in a market where credibility and clarity are everything.

Conducting primary interviews with real users to understand their experiences and pain points. Creating a report that synthesizes user feedback and provides actionable insights for enhancing the existing screens. Offering suggestions on how to uplift the current screens for a more seamless experience on both desktop and mobile devices. 2. Designing a Mobile Version of the Application: After the desktop uplift, the next step is to design a mobile-friendly prototype for both iOS and Android platforms. Key Responsibilities: Identifying features and functionalities from the desktop version that will be adapted for the mobile app. Utilizing Figma for mobile design, ensuring both iOS and Android versions align with best practices. Developing a screen-by-screen UX/UI prototype for the mobile application. Conducting user testing with real potential users, possibly using paper prototypes or other methods to gather feedback and iterate on the design. Ensuring that the mobile app is user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with the latest UI/UX trends.
